Every year, Paradise Valley FFA has the privilege of hosting a pair of State FFA Officers for a whole day. Throughout this day, the officers present to agriscience classes, facilitate activities with FFA members, meet with school administration and much more.
This year, we were fortunate enough to be visited by State Secretary, Brooke Griggeory, and State Reporter, Alex Cañez.
Brooke and Alex came to PVHS on Wednesday, April 17th. They gave presentations to all three agriscience 1-2 classes, had lunch with administrators including Mr. Mabb, our very own PVHS Principal.
After the day was over, Brooke and Alex were even able to stay around after school to attend our October Chapter Meeting and judge the Pumpkin Carving Contest (see page 2 for the full article).
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Brooke and Alex for coming to PV and spending a day with us!
