On April 9, 2011 Paradise Valley FFA Members met to participate in our latest community service project. We went to 20th St. and Greenway Parkway in Phoenix to clean up graffiti that has accumulated there. We worked through an organization called graffiti busters to find the spot and get the paint.
The only problem was... it was raining!!!
But did our members let that stop us? Absolutely not! Our members set out in the rain with their rollers and paint to paint over the graffiti.
After a couple of hours of painting, we had made a good dent in the amount of graffiti that was there.
Thanks to all of the members who were willing to come out and paint in the rain and we hope it to do it again soon!!
